Windsor Arch on Taipa Island, developed by Sun Kian Ip Group, said it had already spent over $200 million on a soft launch of its project that had included presentations in London and other offshore capitals including Hong Kong as it sought to lure foreign investors.

The international road show was a first for a Macau residential project.

澳門鑑賞級豪宅“名門世家”, 於5月14至16日一連3日在英國倫敦舉行的第一站全球推介會。 推介會吸引近200名來自世界各地包括香港, 澳門, 台灣, 倫敦的買家, 銀行業, 地產業代表, 傳媒以至多位海外政要出席。 倫敦推介會後樓盤計劃在多個海外城市路演, 樓盤目前已投放2億於宣傳活動上。

“名門世家”以英國皇室貴族曾入住的Brocket Hall為設計概念, 充滿15世紀英倫風味。
