Name Change for "Cotai Strip No 1" 卓能集團澳門路環項目 - '金光大道一號'申請易名 (卓能集团澳门路环项目 - '金光大道一号'申请易名)

Property Developer Cheuk Nang Group project - "Cotai Strip No 1", an under construction residential property located in Coloane, is changing its name in a bid to overhaul the company's image. The new official name of the project will be announced later.

卓能集團表示, 旗下澳門路環項目「金光大道一號」將會易名, 目前新名字已向有關當局申請中，稍後會再正式公布。集團期望易名能夠給予外界全新形象。

集團表示自澳門政府官員出現變動後, 項目審批進度減慢。故上述項目的正式圖則及開工紙, 均未能及時批出。

而早前已分拆推售的部分金光大道一號單位, 亦已向買家退還金額。
